my "fair" lady.

This week was a busy one!
I couldn't wait for it to be over. 
All I did this week was work and try to juggle my three jobs. Because, I just started working at Gardner Village things are still complicated and my different schedules are clashing. Ahhhh!
Luckily, it is all over and this week my schedules are all in sync and everything will be perfect...I hope!

This weekend was a really good one with a little bit of bad.
Good because Austin was here!!!!!
Utah State had an away game and because he isn't on the traveling team he got to come home. 
He didn't just come home Saturday night like usual... 
He came home from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
I love away games.

The bad was that I worked ALL weekend. 

Luckily, Austin is the best boy ever. 
He really, truly is. I like him a lot.
On Friday, we had a nice little lunch date.
After I got off work we just hung out and he even tucked me in bed when I fell asleep by 11ish. 
I am an old lady these days.

Saturday was the best day ever!
We went to the UTAH STATE FAIR!!!!
I worked late but right after I got off we went to the fair and were there all night!
We literally left after midnight.

In case you can't tell...
I love the fair. 
I love the food.
I love the rides.
I love all of the weird people.
I love the prizes.
If there was a fair every weekend I would go.
It's a magical place to me.

Plus, we won a FISH! (I won it! I've never seen Austin so proud!)

what is your inspiration?

Today, I was at an all day training for Bare Escentuals. 

It was all about our new holiday products and was so much fun! 

I can't wait the for holiday season because we have some amazing stuff coming out. 

If you like Bare Escentuals or even like makeup you'll definitely want to come check it out!

I seriously can't wait. 

Another big thing that we talked about was Fall 2012 trends and different types of inspiration.

The 4 big Fall trends for makeup are raw energy, sensing matter, wild craft, and digital dimension. 

It was so fun to get to create those looks and figure out how to take the runway looks and make them into everyday ones.

We broke into groups and I was chosen as the model for ours. 

We had a bag of different types of fabric and makeup that we had to put together anyway we wanted to show our trend based off of the runway looks.

My group had raw energy.

These pictures don't show how much blush and lipstick I really had on. On my way home I went to Fashion Place Mall to grab my schedule and people were just staring at me because of my makeup.

It was intense.

The cool thing is that these designers inspirations and creations become our inspiration for our creations.

This is a random post. 
So many things are running through my head right now. 
I am just going to write about them all!

-I have a new obsession.
DIAMOND CANDLES! 
Basically, they are soy candles that have a ring inside of them that's worth $10, $100, $1000, $5000!
Why am I obsessed, who knows!
I have always loved candles but the idea of being able to win a prize in them makes them that much better!(none of my rings have been real but they still are fun!)
So far, I have gotten cinnamon tea, gingerbread latte, and pomegranate lemonade. 
Mmmmm. Yummy.

-My crafting has turned into something a little unhealthy and I don't have anywhere to put my stuff so...
I'm going to try and start selling it! 
Ahhhh...seems scary. Plus it'll be a bit embarrassing if nobody buys anything.
But, these things happen. 

This isn't a for sure plan, just a maybe so I'll keep you updated.

-I got a new calling. Personal Progress leader yo! I'm now a part of the young women's program and I'm so excited! Apparently, they were dying to get me back because I've only been out for a year! It'll be different to be a leader rather than just one of the youth but I'm excited and up for the challenge. 

I still will be leading the music during sacrament meeting in case you were wondering. 

I will be one busy girl.

-The cleanse is hard but good. I'll admit that yesterday I cheated a little. I was solid until around 9:30ish PM when I got off work! I was getting a headache and realized just how hungry I really was. 
I think if I was eating little snacks all day I would have been fine but I didn't feel good yesterday and was at work all day.
BAD COMBO!

What I ate:
-Pomegranate Paradise smoothie from Jamba Juice
-2 fresh peaches(my mom and I went and bought tons of fresh fruit and vegetable to make peach salsa. yum!)
-1 apple
-1 bowl of soup
-1 roll

Even though I did a little cheating I still feel pretty good about my all fruit day. I don't know if an all veggie day will be better or worse.

-I am trying to update my blog and make it a ton better! Luckily, this cutie has been helping me out!

Did you notice something a little different about me?
If you didn't..awkward. If you did...yay!

Well, if you did or didn't, I chopped my hair off! Like a foot of it. Gone.
I did it on August 27th, 2012.

The reason that this is such a big deal is because this wasn't my original plan.
I went in thinking I was going to get a trim and a color melt, and I came out a whole new girl.
I'm starting to really love my sassy, new hair.
I am even thinking that this would be the perfect year to either be a) Marilyn Monroe or b) a very vintage flapper for Halloween!
Plus, I am finally, at age 19, learning how to curl my hair. It's about time.
